Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Please contact us first at lucinda@greatlifebylucinda.com to let us know the reason for your return. We’re happy to assist you!

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund after these steps, email us at lucinda@greatlifebylucinda.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at lucinda@greatlifebylucinda.com and send the item to:

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
